Knotted Wire Wheel Brushes 

Knotted wire wheel brushes are wheel-shaped brushing tools that provide heavy brushing action. These power brushes deliver durable cutting and are also used in cleaning applications.

Wire wheel brushes with knotted ends are designed to be more rugged so that the cutting action can be more aggressive. To reduce wire fatigue, the tufts on knotted wire wheels absorb vibration.

There are three major types of knotted wire wheels: standard, cable twist, and stinger bead.

• Standard knotted wire wheel brushes have tufts that are twisted approximately two-third of their lengths.
• Cable twist knotted wire wheels have tufts that are twisted approximately their entire length.
• Stinger bead knotted wire wheels have a very small, narrow face width and are excellent for small channels.
