Flex-hone tools help to raise the sunken concordia from the ocean

When the Costa Concordia sank in 2012, salvage crews worried about a potential environmental disaster. To raise the ship, an underwater construction firm needed to weld steel tubes to the hull of the ship. There was only tool that could remove just the right amount of excess material and work with a handheld industrial drill – the BRM Flex-Hone.
