Power Brushes for Deburring, Surface Preparation and Finishing
Cup Brushes
Cup brushes are used for deburring, surface finishing, and the removal of rust, paint, or scale. These power brushes come in various diameters, and have metal wire or abrasive nylon filaments
Wire cup brushes are best-suited for preparing and deburring large surfaces. Abrasive cup brushes are ideal for edge blending, light deburring, and general-purpose surface finishing. Nylon abrasive cups can be used with automated or CNC equipment, or in manual operations.
Wire Cup Brushes
Wire cup brushes have carbon steel or stainless steel filaments and come in a variety of filament sizes. Brush Research Manufacturing (BRM) supplies the following types of wire cup brushes.

Both style brushes are safe, non-reactive, and provide an excellent alternative to traditional steel filament brushes.
