Miniature brushes may be used by hand or driven under power. 

  • Securely mount the brush stem in a pin vise or collet. 

  • Grip the brush as close to the bristles as possible to accommodate the required stroke length. 

  • Avoid stem deflection. 

  • Small diameter brushes are more suitable for hand use.

  • Brushes should be run in a clockwise direction only. 

  • Never exceed 1,200 RPM. 

  • Always wear eye protection when using any brush.
